श्री शङ्करार्य रचितं सततं मनुष्यः स्तोत्रं पठेदिह तु सर्वगुणप्रपन्नम् सद्योविमुक्तकलुषो मुनिवर्यगण्यो लक्ष्मीनृसिंह मम देहि करावलम्बम् ॥२४॥

Constant recitation frees stain and raises the devotee among sages. The hymn is both prayer and pointer: purity comes through turning the mind to the Lord who is one's own nature.
