प्रशान्तेन्द्रिये नष्टसंज्ञे विचेष्टे कफोद्गारिवक्त्रे भयोत्कम्पिगात्रे । प्रयाणोन्मुखे मय्यनाथे तदानीं द्रुतं मे दयालो भवाग्रे गुह त्वम् ॥२०॥

- When senses are calm, consciousness lost, body restless,
- कफोद्गारिवक्त्रे भयोत्कम्पिगात्रे ।
- mouth vomiting phlegm, limbs trembling with fear,
- प्रयाणोन्मुखे मय्यनाथे तदानीं
- helpless and facing departure at that time,
- द्रुतं मे दयालो भवाग्रे गुह त्वम्
- O merciful Guha, may you appear before me.
At life's end when senses fail, may merciful Guha appear before the helpless devotee. The Lord's presence at the hour of death is the devotee's supreme request.
