भज गोविन्दम्

योगरतो वा भोगरतो वा सङ्गरतो वा सङ्गविहीनः । यस्य ब्रह्मणि रमते चित्तं नन्दति नन्दति नन्दत्येव ॥१९॥

- Whether delighting in yoga or in worldly pleasure,
- सङ्गरतो वा सङ्गविहीनः ।
- whether in company or without company,
- यस्य ब्रह्मणि रमते चित्तं
- he whose mind delights in Brahman
- नन्दति नन्दति नन्दत्येव ॥१९॥
- joys, joys, joys evermore.
Joy belongs to the mind that delights in Brahman, regardless of outer lifestyle. External conditions change but the bliss of abiding in the Self is constant.
