पुनरपि जननं पुनरपि मरणं पुनरपि जननीजठरे शयनम् । इह संसारे बहुदुस्तारे कृपयाऽपारे पाहि मुरारे ॥२१॥

- इह संसारे बहुदुस्तारे
- In this hard-to-cross ocean of becoming,
- कृपयाऽपारे पाहि मुरारे ॥२१॥
- O Murari, save me with boundless grace.
The repetition of birth and death becomes a direct cry for Mura's enemy, Vishnu, to save. Recognising the horror of samsara, the devotee surrenders to the Lord who alone can ferry the soul across.
