Word breakdown

आमीलिताक्षमधिगम्य मुदा मुकुन्दम्
having beheld with joy the half-closed-eyed Mukunda
आनन्दकन्दमनिमेषमनङ्गतन्त्रम् ।
root of bliss, unwinking, the very thread of love
आकेकरस्थितकनीनिकपक्ष्मनेत्रं
with one eye resting on the edge of the eyelid and lashes
भूत्यै भवन्मम भुजङ्गशयाङ्गनायाः ॥३॥
may there be prosperity for me from the consort of the serpent-couch Lord

Half-closed eyes express absorbed love, the mind neither fully outward nor withdrawn. Bliss is the ground of being; when attention turns to the Lord within, worldly prosperity becomes a sign of inner abundance.
