- the moon
With your longer glance that has the radiance of split blue lotus petals, O Shiva, mercifully bathe even me, who am more pitiable and suffering. By this, I become blessed, and you lose nothing, just as the moon's rays fall equally on forest and palace without diminishing the moon itself, illustrating the abundance of divine grace.
