Word breakdown

पुलिन्देशकन्याघनाभोगतुङ्ग-
With saffron paste from embracing the Pulinda maiden's
स्तनालिङ्गनासक्तकाश्मीररागम् ।
full, lofty breasts clinging to the chest,
नमस्याम्यहं तारकारे तवोरः
I bow to your breast, O foe of Taraka,
स्वभक्तावने सर्वदा सानुरागम्
always full of love for your devotees.

The chest reddened by embrace of Valli is offered to the foe of Taraka, full of grace to devotees. The Lord's love for devotees mirrors the tenderness shown to his consort.
