यदा सन्निधानं गता मानवा मे भवाम्भोधिपारं गतास्ते तदैव । इति व्यञ्जयन्सिन्धुतीरे य आस्ते तमीडे पवित्रं पराशक्तिपुत्रम् ॥४॥

Word breakdown
- यदा सन्निधानं गता मानवा मे
- When men come to my presence,
- भवाम्भोधिपारं गतास्ते तदैव ।
- they cross the ocean of becoming that very moment -
- इति व्यञ्जयन्सिन्धुतीरे य आस्ते
- thus declaring, he who dwells on the ocean shore -
- तमीडे पवित्रं पराशक्तिपुत्रम्
- I praise that pure son of Parashakti.
Those who reach the Lord cross the ocean of samsara; he dwells on the shore as Parashakti's pure son. Nearness to Skanda is itself the crossing from bondage to freedom.
