As towering waves of the ocean dissolve in rest,
so troubles perish at the feet of those who serve me -
thus showing rows of waves to men,
I always meditate Guha in the heart-lotus.

Troubles perish at the Lord's feet as waves break on the shore; Guha is meditated in the heart-lotus. The image of waves subsiding teaches that calamities dissolve in the presence of the inner Lord.
