दध्याज्यादिद्रव्यककर्माण्यखिलानि त्यक्त्वा काङ्क्षा कर्मफलेष्वत्र करोति । यज्जिज्ञासां रूपफलार्थी क्षितिदेव- स्तं प्रत्यञ्चं दक्षिणवक्त्रं कलयामि ॥८॥

Renouncing ritual rewards, the seeker of knowledge worships the Lord of the earth. When fruit of action is released, inquiry into the Self becomes the true worship.
