अयं दानकालस्त्वहं दानपात्रं भवानेव दाता त्वदन्यं न याचे भवद्भक्तिमेव स्थिरां देहि मह्यं कृपाशील शम्भो कृतार्थोऽस्मि तस्मात् ॥११॥

- This is the time of giving; I am the vessel of gift;

- you alone are the giver; I ask nothing from another.
- भवद्भक्तिमेव स्थिरां देहि मह्यं
- Grant me only steady devotion to you,
- कृपाशील शम्भो कृतार्थोऽस्मि तस्मात्
- O gracious Shambhu; thereby I am fulfilled.
The devotee offers himself as the vessel of grace, asking only for steady bhakti. True fulfilment is not external boon but unwavering devotion to the Lord who is the inner Self.
