In your root center along with Samayā devoted to graceful dance, I consider the new Self to be the dancer of the great tāṇḍava of nine rasas. Pointing toward the method of manifestation through compassion, this world arose having these two as father-mother lords. This concluding verse of the section integrates the entire spectrum of aesthetic emotion (nava-rasa) into Śiva's cosmic dance, with the divine couple as the ultimate creative principle.
