The poet imagines the Goddess's golden crown adorned with sapphires as so radiant that it outshines the moon itself. The verse asks why such supreme beauty does not string the crescent moon as a bow for Cupid's use, suggesting that divine splendor surpasses even cosmic forces in power and attraction.
