प्रलयमुदयम्
dissolution and creation
धरणिधरराजन्य

परिहृतनिमेष
having avoided blinking

Saints say that the world undergoes dissolution and creation through the closing and opening of your eyes, O daughter of the mountain king. Since this entire universe was born from your opening eyes after dissolution, I believe your eyes avoid blinking to protect the world from destruction, showing the Goddess's constant vigilance in maintaining cosmic existence.
