स्वापस्वप्नौ जाग्रदवस्थापि न यत्र प्राणश्वेतः सर्वगतो यः सकलात्मा । कूटस्थो यः केवलसच्चित्सुखरूप- स्तं प्रत्यञ्चं दक्षिणवक्त्रं कलयामि ॥२३॥

The witness Self remains beyond waking, dream, and sleep as pure being-consciousness-bliss. He is kūṭastha, the immovable ground of the three states.
