यदा श्वेतपत्रायतालङ्घ्यशक्तेः कृतान्ताद्भयं भक्तवात्सल्यभावात् तदा पाहि मां पार्वतीवल्लभान्यं न पश्यामि पातारमेतादृशं मे ॥२८॥

- I see no other protector such as you.
Shiva's compassion for devotees removes the fear of Death. The devotee sees no protector equal to the Lord of Parvati, whose power is broad and unconquerable.
