Word breakdown

परिपतितपरागैः पाटलक्षोणिभागो
A crimson earthen part with fallen pollen,
विकसितकुसुमोच्चैः पीतचन्द्रार्करश्मिः ।
bright with opened blossoms, yellow with moon and sun rays,
अलिशुकपिकराजीकूजितैः श्रोत्रहारी
ear-enchanting with the humming of bees and lines of cuckoos,
स्फुरतु हृदि मदीये नूनमुद्यानराजः ॥५॥
may the king of gardens shine forth in my heart.

The royal garden within the heart is not a distant paradise but the bliss of turned-in awareness. When pollen, light, and song gather there, the devotee tastes the sweetness that worldly gardens only symbolize.
