Word breakdown

Pure, supreme, of the form of existence-consciousness-bliss,
support of the gunas yet without support, most excellent;
the great, the radiant, dwelling in the cave, beyond the gunas,
end of bliss, self-abode - in Rama I take refuge.

Refuge in Rama as saccidananda turns devotion toward the Self that needs no outer support. The gunas are upheld by that which itself is beyond them.

Word breakdown

Auspicious, eternal, one, all-pervading, named Taraka,
of blissful form yet without form, most honourable;
great Lord, Lord of time, Lord of gods, supreme Lord,
Lord of men, without a lord, Lord of the earth - in him I take refuge.

Taraka is the name that ferries across; formless bliss is the goal the forms of worship serve. Lordship without a second lord is Advaita spoken in the language of praise.

Word breakdown

When at the root of the ear at life's end
Shiva uttered 'Rama, Rama, Rama' in Kashi,
that one supreme Taraka-Brahman form
I worship, I worship, I worship, I worship.

The name whispered by Shiva at death is the same Brahman the hymn worships in life. Repetition of 'I worship' is the mind's return to that one Taraka.

On a great jewelled seat under the fair wish-tree,

always with Janaki and Lakshmana, the one,
always Ramachandra - I worship, I worship.

The jewelled seat and solar radiance are images for the heart's throne where Rama sits with Sita and Lakshmana. Worship here is remembrance of that nearness.

Gods waving light at his feet show that even the highest powers adore the same Self. Moon-smile and solar blaze are one radiance of consciousness.

I worship, I worship always Ramachandra;
I acknowledge none other than you, none other, none other.

Teaching with chinmudra joins devotion and knowledge: Hanuman's folded hands meet the gesture of awareness. 'None other than you' is the refusal of every second absolute.

then reveal your own form,

The prayer for Rama's appearance at death's approach is the seeker's trust that the Self reveals itself when fear is fiercest.

water, earth, and all that moves and does not move.

Rama as sole deity is the universe's source; elements and living beings are his work. Pure consciousness is not an object among objects.
